My service to you.

I will provide you with a detailed, professionally produced Home Information Pack (HIP) which will set out the details of your property with integrity.

The cost of a HIP in it`s basic form is  £199-00 for freehold property and £219-00 for leasehold property.
I will visit your home and take detailed notes and photos
I will issues an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

I will analyse and quantify the amount of energy your home uses and looses

I will suggest improvements.
These will be in 3 cost areas - low, medium and high cost.
You will recieve a unique Home Infirmation Pack (HIP) available in a variety of forms. Either in Adobe pdf format (the most popular), in disk format or in printed format.
I provide fast but thorough Home Informnation Packs (HIP's). I will send the document to you in 7 to 10 working days.
